As a Coating Technician you will apply our proprietary coatings and maintain booth organization per 6S guidelines.
You will work with Managers and Leads to recommend continuous improvement ideas to promote higher levels of safety, quality and productivity.

Responsibilities Ensures that parts are properly prepared for the coating processes including proper cleaning, handling, and masking.
Processes rollers through media blasting, coating and top-coat operations.
Visually inspects all coatings; identifies potential quality issues and reports defects Performs preventive maintenance on coating equipment, maintains booth to 6S standards.
Follows and complies with safety policies and procedures Knowledge of fluid handling systems with pneumatic and electronic processes.
