Our Receptionist supports Edgerton Hospital by performing the following duties:
Providing excellent customer service to internal and external customers Answering and directing all incoming calls Greeting & directing all lobby traffic Collecting payments from patients Completing departmental projects.
Our ideal candidate will:
be a role model of the hospital's I CARE values of integrity, compassion, accountability, respect and excellence provide outstanding customer service be able to multi-task; handling multiple calls and visitors in a friendly and efficient manner understand the registration process Light cleaning duties at end of clinic day as assigned uphold HIPAA requirements Computer and keyboard experience is required.
EPIC experience is preferred but not required.
We are looking for a full-time Clinic Receptionist who will float between our clinic in downtown Edgerton and our clinic in Milton.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
