IT Remote Site Engineer

The Remote Site Support Analyst will provide senior-level support to the local business. Secondary support to remote sites and departments. Provide insight into local systems. Assist with creating and maintaining global standards. Primary Duties & Responsibilities Provide support for large scale projects and rollouts. Deliver technical support with planning and implementation of updates upgrades and changes involving groups of users. Collaborate with other IT teams including Infrastructure, Security, Desktop Engineering, teams. Responsible for technical documentation of all local systems. To be shared and filed in our KB. Provide on-site end user training on systems and polices. Analytical Lead analysis of current local systems and processes. Present findings and suggestions to site support Management. Understand the impact and costs associated with large scale change. Promote proper project and initiative procedures with local management. Communicate all local initiatives and projects to Sr. IT management. Support Support all local systems including ERP systems, Printing, end user computing, RF support, telecom as well as specialized distribution or manufacturing systems. Support operational IT teams and PM's in local projects or information gathering. Other duties as assigned. Education and Experience Profile Bachelor's degree in Information Systems preferred, equivalent experience considered. Minimum of 5 years Information Systems experience. Project execution experiencerequired Required Skills Ability to provide customer service excellence to customers. Proficient in Windows operating systems Proficient in Office Professional Suites Proficient in the configuration and use of administrative tools including, Active Directory, GREP, EPO, WSUS, SCCM. Understand all common systems that run globally. Proficiency in the configuration and management of wireless devices. Strong understanding of network protocols and platform hardware. Ability to perform in a team environment Strong interpersonal and listening skills. Strong organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines within timely deadline constraints. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Effective presentation skills. Ability to handle challenges with a positive, optimistic attitude. Highly motivated and self-driven; able to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment. Correctly and innovatively applies expertise to solving technical problems. Physical activity, including the ability to lift 20 lbs. is required. Kneeling, bending, stretching and reaching are required. Some travel may be required. Job # US09511

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
